My culinary journey began in my grandmother’s kitchen in the suburbs of St Marc, Haiti. As a child, I was captivated by the way she cooked—effortlessly blending flavors, creating comfort, and bringing people together. Her passion became mine. Over time, I started cooking for my family, then friends, and soon word spread about “Margareth’s food.”

The response was overwhelming. With the support of my community, I turned my passion into a business. Today, Island Ville is more than a catering company—it’s a celebration of culture, heritage, and soul-satisfying meals made with heart.
